Protect proprietary information: We will conform to the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA), and strive to diligently protect the trade secrets we may come in contact with.

Truthfully report all costs.
Know and obey antitrust laws.
Keep accurate and complete records.
Avoid illegal and questionable gifts or favors: However, it is acceptable to provide meals, refreshments and entertainment during business discussions.
Avoid conflicts of interest: It's our obligation to immediately report any conflicts of interest and to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Avoid speculative or insider trading.
